The council generally meets on the first Monday of the month (unless it’s a bank holiday) in the Swallow Room of the Village Hall in Draycott Road. Press and public are welcome to attend, whatever the meeting format. If a resident would like a matter raised during public participation please contact the clerk by at least the Friday before the meeting. The next meeting is of the parish council held on Monday 7 October at 6.30 pm in the Swallow Room, Village Hall – the agenda will be available 5 days beforehand. Members of the public are welcome to attend and those wishing to speak during public participation on an agenda item should notify the clerk in advance.
The parish council will be holding a public meeting to discuss the Neighbourhood Development Plan on Wednesday 4 September in the Swallow Room, Village Hall at 6.30pm – if you have experience or particular in local planning, environment, architecture, local business and are community minded the parish council would love you to join the working party being set up to take this forward.
