The council generally meets on the first Monday of the month (unless it’s a bank holiday) in the Swallow Room of the Village Hall in Draycott Road. Press and public are welcome to attend, whatever the meeting format. If a resident would like a matter raised during public participation please contact the clerk by at least the Friday before the meeting. Minutes of and documents relating to previous meetings are available here. If you wish to see minutes prior to January 2020 please contact the clerk for a copy.
The next meeting is the Annual Meeting of the parish council held on Tuesday 7 May at 6.30 pm in the Swallow Room, Village Hall – the agenda will be available 5 days before the meeting. Members of the public are welcome to attend and those wishing to speak during public participation on an agenda item should notify the clerk in advance.
The next meeting of the planning committee will be held on Tuesday 30 April at 6pm in the Elkins Room (to be accessed via the side door and parish council office). Member of the public are welcome to attend. The agenda will be available 5 days before the meeting.
