The parish council welcomes applications for funding from local charities and voluntary organisations and will consider providing financial support to projects which benefit the area or its inhabitants. The council sets a yearly budget for grants and donations which in 2021-22 is a total of £4,000. All applications will be considered against the council’s Grants & Donations Policy. The council will also require applicants to complete an application form. These documents are available from the clerk (contact by email or phone on 07908 472827). The council considers applications four times a year at its June, September, December and March full meetings.
Applicants should note that the council does not grant loans. Conditions may be applied to grants for larger capital projects and the council may require feedback on the outcome of the project.
