I have lived in the village since 2008 and joined the Parish Council in 2015. I have a strong interest in environmental issues and am currently the co-ordinator of the village ‘Speedwatch’ and ‘litter pick’ initiatives. I was chairman of Southmoor and Kingston Bagpuize Gardening Club for 5 years, organising the ‘Village Beacon’ to mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee in 2012.
I am a director of a village based ethical gardening company which employs several local people and offers training to young people. Other interests include long distance walking and cycling, as well as the ancient and revered art of campanology.
